A New Year’s Eve Wedding!  Crazy you say?…best idea ever actually (only thing better would be if we were all in Hawaii or something).   Barb and I were truly privileged to have been part of Chris and Sally’s special day this New Year’s Eve.  Happy New Year, Happy New Life!   Surrounded by family and friends from near and far, Chris and Sally were recipients of love, laughter and much joy (and the odd tear).  Here are some of the highlights from their Wedding Day.  Best Wishes to you both.

I’m going to give my age away…29 btw…. , but I new Chris when he was just 4 or 5 years old and a handful for his mother. It was quite something to see the two of them on the dance floor at his wedding reception and even more an honour that I was asked to photograph their special day. Katie is delightful, beautiful and warming…and I couldn’t be happier for Chris who has grown to be quite the young man. His parents, Brian and Nancy, are sooo proud of the “dude” he’s become. Congratulations you two! Barb and I were happy to be a part of your day and hope these images will help you cherish your special day for years to come.

Rain, rain, go away, come on back another day!  That’s the song that was going on in my mind the morning of October 3rd.  It was to be Erin and Scott’s wedding day and the weather was miserable.  When I arrived at the Murray residence where the ladies were getting ready,  I was greeted by a beautiful smile…Erin’s.  She looked me in the eye and said, “not to worry, I had a chat with the big guy last night!”.  As you will see from the images below, the Good Lord blessed Erin and Scott with more than beautiful skies that afternoon.  The love and support these two individuals received from their family and friends was warming.  Knowing they have a Christ-centered start to their new lives is the cause for the celebration.  ”This is the day that the Lord has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it!”
