The images you are about to see were shot on Thanksgiving Weekend here in Ontario. Appropriate. Thankful to be out on a magnificent weekend with Jordan and Steph…the weather was beyond perfect. Thankful for living in a part of the world where seasons do change and the glorious colours are a spectacle of God’s creation. Thankful that Jordan and Steph have chosen Barb and I to shoot their wedding day next August. We are thrilled and sooo happy for them on so many levels. May the joy and the love of this afternoon be reflected in these images.

In just a few weeks, Val and Tom will be getting married!!! We had a wonderful visit in Elora, and our walk along the river/gorge made for some wonderful backdrops to our photo session. Our visit to Elora was highlighted by meeting another couple who after giving us directions and helping us on our shoot, made a proposal themselves to get married and then proceeded to invite us back to their restaurant in celebration.

An old friendship found new love. Their’s is a wonderful story and they make a great couple. Val and Tom we are all anticipating your big day and soon! We couldn’t be more happy for you. Barb and I are honoured that you asked us to capture your relationship and your special day.

The Distillery District in Toronto proved to be a wonderful backdrop for this engagement shoot.  Amy and Tommy are getting married this September.  Yes it’s soon!  I am delighted and honoured to have been asked to photograph their wedding day.  What made this shoot so unique and fun was their comfort level with each other and in front of the camera.  As light fell, the romance and special connect these two have for each other came through as captured.  WARNING:  these are hot!

FIELD OF DREAMS.  I had a unique opportunity to shoot on the field at the Rogers Centre (home of the CFL Toronto Argonauts).  It was there that Lauren and Kris met.  She the cheerleader  … he the football player … they met … field of dreams.  Not only do both Lauren and Kris sport Grey Cup Championship rings, but soon, they will wear wedding rings.  I am privileged to have been asked to shoot their special day and celebration in November. Barb and I had a wonderful time shooting their engagement session and getting to know them both.  We started our session with a return at the place where it all began, the Rogers Centre.  From there we strolled through the neighbourhood that is known as “the Beaches”.  A wonderful community of parks, shops and dining along the beach, east of downtown.  Take a moment and view the SLIDESHOW.  Lauren and Kris,  Barb and I had a wonderful time with you and we are looking forward to your Wedding Day!
