Barb and I spent a beautiful September afternoon with Ben and Jen.  We took the drive from St. Catherines along lakeshore road to the village of Niagara-on-the-Lake and then up to Niagara Falls.  The drive had me reflect how truly fortunate we are to live in Ontario which has absolutely so much to offer.  This afternoon however was more than a scenic drive, it was also to be the engagement shoot for Ben and Jen who are to marry in July of 2010.  Ben works with Barb so there is some familiarity, but it was our hope to get to know each other a little more as we did the shoot and explore the Niagara Region together.  A Winery, a view by the lake, dinner on a patio, a walk, some photo opportunities, the Falls – before we knew it the afternoon/evening was gone and it was time to go home.  Ben and Jen, we truly had a wonderful time getting to know you both a little more.  We are soooo looking forward to being a part of your wedding day in the not so distant future.  It was wonderful witnessing your special connection and capturing it for all to see.  Here are some highlights from our day together:
